The service
SendReward lets you fund a prepaid balance and send digital gift card rewards to recipients by email through our API and dashboard. We fulfil rewards through third-party providers.
Your balance
Funds you add are a prepayment for rewards. Balances are not interest-bearing. Unused balance is refundable on request, less any payment-processing costs we incurred, within 12 months of your last top-up. Bank transfers that fail or are reversed will result in a corresponding debit to your balance, and any rewards sent against reversed funds are your responsibility.
Sending rewards
You are responsible for the accuracy of recipient addresses and for having a lawful basis to send them a reward. Delivered rewards cannot be recalled. Failed deliveries are refunded to your balance automatically.
Acceptable use
You may not use SendReward to pay for illegal activity, to launder money, to reward the purchase of your own products in a way that violates platform rules (for example, incentivised reviews where prohibited), or to send unsolicited rewards as a form of spam. We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.
Fees
You pay face value for rewards. We do not charge platform, per-reward, or subscription fees. We may introduce fees with 30 days' notice; existing balances would not be affected.
Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you is limited to the balance in your account.
Termination
You may close your account at any time and request a refund of remaining balance. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms.
